My husband just loves your steak and kidney pies. The problem I have with them is the pastry doesn’t cook all the way through. Even if I leave it in the oven an extra five minutes, when I serve it there is a sloppy layer of uncooked pastry which I have to scoop out and put the cooked pastry on top of the meat. Why doesn’t ALL the pastry cooking?
