My complaint:
The tins which the pies come is are ridiculous to open and are extremely dangerous when they are finally open. I have cut my fingers on them numerous times after about 1020 minutes of trying to open it. I don’t understand why they are living in the 60’s and force us to use tin openers when many companies have already advanced to more simplistic methods such as a pull tab.
Suggested solution:
Put a tab on the top which you can just pull the top off. Or just change the packaging entirely to a box instead of a metallic tin.
