My complaint:
I have been eating your pies for te last 50 years.However,the cans have become so hard to open now the last one took me three diferant can openers and 40 minutes to get the lid off and a cut finger.
Suggested solution:
Redesign the lid,thinner metal top,perhaps a pull ring,anything to make it easier and safer all your faithfull custermers are getting older now i am 77 years old i know many people my age have now stopped buying your steak and kidney pies because they can no longer open them in safety.
