My complaint:
I have been a fray bentos lover since my teens and am now retired. I live in Thailand now and was missing some of my favourite British food. However after a long trawl through the Internet I found a supplier of British food in Bangkok. They had your pies. I ordered 24 of various types. Imagine my surprise when I cooked what I though was going to be a scrumpy steak pie only to find there was no steak in it. OK truth be told it had 4 tiny tiny pieces of meat. The just chicken and the minced beef were no better for meat content.
Suggested solution:
Either up your level of meat or I will just not buy anymore. If you have to increase the price to get a lot of steak then so be it I'd rather pay extra knowing I'm going to get a great filled pie.
