My complaint:
I bought four of your steak and kidney puddings for a quick easy dinner, how disappointed we where that between four puddings was not one single piece of meat!!! Disgusting, no steak and certainly no kidney, we ended up with a pile of pastry and gravy! At £1.89 per pudding this is daylight robbery, your advertising states contains meat! and your photo on the front of the package is false and super misleading. If you believe that this was a bad!! Batch feel free to prove me wrong by replacing with puddings that actually contain meat!! After reading reviews I see this is a common complaint surely you are obliged to deliver what is promised in the advertising.
Suggested solution:
I would like to see some meat products in some puddings, and I would also like my products replaced with an explanation on how you can falsely and misleadingly advertise something without recompense!! You advertise untrue and misleading information with knowledge that you are not delivering the product promised. Although I did not keep a photographic evidence I am more than happy to buy another ten at my expense if you are happy to refund me and will also send a live video off opening each pie because I am confident that each and every pie hold little to no meat chunks what so ever.
