My complaint:
There was only gravy in the steak and gravy Frey bentos pie, we were so looking forward to the steak as it said on the tin having paid £2.50 for it, but where was the meat it tasted nice but wasn’t filling enough without the meat. Please could you rectify the matter as it would be appreciated and we don’t want to stop buying Frey bentos?.
Suggested solution:
Please could you make sure there’s steak in the next pie we buy with hopefully a voucher from yourselves .
