My complaint:
On opening the can of a Steak and Kidney pie purchased from Tesco in Pontardawe I noticed a large depression in the pastry – about 6cm by 4cm oval – where obviously there was no filling. Although there is rarely much meat in these pies, they are very tasty and enjoyable but to be denied a substantial amount of filling was disappointing to say the least.
Suggested solution:
A minimum of an apology and a replacement pie would be acceptable.
