My complaint:
Der sir, I, this evening after working all day, opted for one of these pies (oven cooked as per your instructions on the packaging) along with a few chips and veggies. However, upon removing the pie to serve, I found the contents under the pastry were not enough to feed just me, let alone TWO as stated on the packaging. In order to make a meal for just ONE PERSON i had to resort to adding some left over chicken, adding minced beef from my freezer and even making more gravy… short of making a pastry, it would have been quicker to make my own pie! On the POSITIVE SIDE, i would like to add that the quality and flavour of the product still great and, at the price, COULD STILL reflect good value if only there was enough in it! Luckily, I only have to feed my-self, but what if I got two of these pies to feed a family? As a security officer in the retail sector, I’m well aware of how frequently and easily some people complain, many times without real reason, so let me assure you that this email is sent as guidance and a request to better your product and NOT as mockery or insult.
Suggested solution:
Firstly, INCREASE THE MEAT PASTRY RATIO, secondly, alter the number of SERVINGS on the packaging to ONE, or make the unit bigger! I remember eating these pies 20 yes ago when two people would struggle finish one... what's happened?
