My complaint:
Dear sir ,towards the end of January I happened to see a fray vents puff pastry pie in our local shop and having had a really good experience in the past I decided to purchase said pie . I was really looking forward to cooking and consuming this chicken pie but not long after serving this up I became v I’ll.
I was v bad for the next three days with suspected food poisoning, such a disappointment after really looking forward to this pie.
I think it’s only fair to bring it to your attention so you can warn others and take the necessary steps .

Suggested solution:
Look into their production methods and warn others of the potential risk . If it had been fatal in my case then I'm sure the coroner's report would have a dramatic impact on your company.
