My complaint:
We opened up the Steak and Kidney pie to find the surface of the pastry damaged. It had a big hole in it that had allowed the gravy in. When cooked the hole remained which meant a big portion of the pie was soggy. It was edible however.
Suggested solution:
Better QC. Image shows 2 pies - bought from same place, one on left is chicken. One on right is the Steak Kidney - with visible hole in surface.
