My complaint:
I’ve eaten your pies for about 40yrs and loved every one, until today! The taste and texture of the filling has been CHANGED. WHY WHY WHY ????? when there was nothing wrong with the original recipe. Gone in the lushest grave and replaced by this YUCKY gelatinous jelly STUFF. You HAVE ruined one of the lifetime family favourites that will now be left off all future shopping lists – with great sadness.
Suggested solution:
Change the recipe back.
