My complaint:
The key broke while I was trying to open the tin. I then had to manually open it with a can opener, which resulted in me slicing my finger open! The same thing happened 2 weeks ago but I managed it without injury. Many many times over the years I have sliced my fingers on your tins as I’m sure many people have. I know people who I have talked have had the same problem and believe you me it is very painful bloody! Also trying to locate the ‘opening’ is getting more difficult. Why is this?
Suggested solution:
Make the tins more easy to open perhaps include a first aid kit with them a warning!
