My complaint:
Haven’t had one of these for 20 years or so, used to be great. What a disappointment, there was barely a single dessert spoon of so called “steak and kidney filling” within what was over 90% pudding. The actual filling had the consistency of mince, not a single chunk to be seen. Sign of the times eh? Fray Bentos should be ashamed. Cheap, poor quality. Obviously won’t be trying these again. Giving the other two I bought to a food bank, although I feel the poor souls that receive them will have the same experience as me.
Suggested solution:
Not asking for refund. I’m sure they’ll acknowledge my concerns, but I know they’ll do nothing about the quality of their product
