My complaint:
We have purchased fray bentos puff pastry pies for years, but they have gone so downhill, we had them for tea tonight and there was huge lumps of fat inside with no beef, my husband cannot eat fat and it made him retch, such a shame you’ve let people down with the quality
Suggested solution:
I purchased 8 pies so they are not going to refund me, perhaps sit up and take notice of all the complaints, I’m very dissapointed
