My complaint:

My wife went to the family Planning Associates Medical Group and got two pills for Abortion. She had medicine injection and they gave her two pills to use for the abortion. They gave us an instruction and told us to call them anytime you have issue. In the patient information there is an important reminder section that says: ‘’ You should contact us immediately (24hrs) at our phone number listed below if you experience any of the following symptoms:
You have abdominal pain or discomfort or are feeling sick more than 24 hours after using Cytotec.”
24 hrs. after using the pills, my wife had a hard pain and feeling sick at 12:24 am on 11-28-2018.
I called emergency line and unfortunately nobody answer me, and I leave a message and explain the issue to get help. She told me on answering machine that we cell you back as soon as possible. After 30 min no body call me black and I had to call ambulance and we went to hospital. They gave us some pain killer and we came back home. The ambulance sent me a $1400 bill and Hospital $5623 bill. If someone answered me on the phone I could brought her to hospital with my car and my insurance covered me because it is not emergency. I was really scared when in instruction said immediately call us if you have any of these issues.
Now, Just I wish to complain about this medical group for the problem they made for us.
