My complaint:
Fox sports is a joke! We bought the Big 10 app so that we could watch our granddaughter play softball. Even though the schedule published on Michigan schedule says the game cold be viewed on Big 10, the coverage reverts to Fox . Throughout the game the coverage would stop, most times between pitches, however, the commercial s played in entirety. Our grandchild has 3 more yrs.at Michigan but we will never again depend on Fox or Big 10. Won’t waste my money or time. It’s ridiculous with the money Fox has that they can’t present it’s customers with quality viewing! You should be ashamed!
Suggested solution:
Ensure the entire episode can be seen in its Stop representing the Big 10. It’s bad enough, doesn’t need your help to become really bad.
