My complaint:
On 6/2/2023, I went to food land at noon, I asked for customer service. I was asked, to come back at 3:00 PM, I returned back at food land at 3:00P.M.. I was asked to come back in 30 minutes which would have been 03:30. I go back to the car, my family wanted to know what happen? I explained to them what I was told to do, was to come back at 3:30.
My sister in law, went in to speak to the manager, ( my sister in law is white) she asked for the manager and the workers in the store paged him, and the manager came out. I am sure it was because of my skin color, no one wanted to wait on me. This has never happen before. I shop at this store regular. I might need to stop shopping at this store, and will let other people know what happen to me. Thank you.
