My complaint:

This happened on july 30 at around 2:45- 3:15pm. Usually after work I would come to food basics and look for something to buy. This was the first time that I left empty handed, but as I was on my way out, the security( tall african male) stops me and tells me he needs me to open my napsack. This embarassed me deeply. Prior to this incident, I have seen this same securty the day before. He even seen me purhchase items after watching me wait in line. Anyways, he found out I did not steal anything and started being nice to me by trying to have a conversation with me while social distancing is in affect too. After this incident, I do not want to step in this food basics again, hoping that I do not bump into this security guard again.

Suggested solution:

I honestly think he should not be doing this job, since he thinks he can take matters inti his own hands as if hes law enforcement. Can you guys please discipline him atleast and let him know he cant be stopping people randomly and humilliating them. Imagine if I walked off and he tried to detain me and we ended up in a serious problem where someone vould of got really hurt, all because he thinks he is some type of super cop, which also could of let to some lawsuit. please do something about this so that this does not happy to anyone else again, thanks in advance
