My complaint:
I visited grocery store on Sunday, January 15, 2023 around 02:00 pm. Long wait times Terrible and bad customer service. Management looking good on making their weekly plan budget hours and providing a bad customer service. Not a good strategy.
Suggested solution:
Better management training on how to cover and assign register clerks or cashiers to assist with long lines .
