My complaint:

I ms m rabisunker requested a wheelchair for my mum,no one informed us to wait for the wheelchair before we leave the aircraft,I went into the airport and asked the guard for a wheelchair,it was requested.my mother fell down the escalator,got hurt and is bleeding.
The guards eventually came with the wheelchair with there terrible attitude.
I will be flying back from JHb to Durban on the 5 th of march .

I want this to be sorted out and I need feedback.

This is unacceptable.
