My complaint:
On the 6 of February 2024, there was an outage of internet due to the inclement weather. However I reported it a customer care assistant via WhatsApp messaging. I was told that the internet issue would have been resolved in the next 8 hours. Today February 16, I am still without internet after several calls. I was told that a technician is scheduled for march 7 and that is extremely unacceptable. I am disgruntled especially due to the fact that a flow technician wants to charge me 12,000 jmd to solve the issue.

Send technician to adjust the issue
