My complaint:

I’m a carer for my mental disabled daughter and am also on the vulnerable register myself. Flogas know of my financial struggles and refuse to work with me. They are demanding £180 a month which i can’t afford. My DD bounced this month as there wasn’t enough money for it in my account. They had £300 from a grant off me last month and still want more. They are threatening to cut us off in 7 days. Please help.

Suggested solution:

Arrange an affordable monthly payment amount and do not cut out gas off
