I had just finished shopping a bit after 10:00 AM, today, February 21st, 2021 when an African-American male near the shopping carts threatened me both physically and verbally.
I was called a dog and told (by this individual who possessed Flatbush Food Coop clothing and appeared to work for your company) to not come back or else I would be put down.
Suggested solution:
I demand an apology and request that the employee in question be disciplined in the appropriate (according to the Flatbush Food Coop) manner and also be retrained in the basics of decent customer service.
