My complaint:
Won’t honor new plans for two cell phones. I changed the plans online with an agent on hand. Received ation yet the change on one phone did not go through even though I have a ation on paper. Today, online agent would not honor the change made last week so one plan is at a higher rate. Offered to email them the ation and they were not interested. Also said they have emailed me each month my payment invoices and todate I have not received anything. Horrible customer service. Their motto is the customer is always wrong and Flash Wireless is always right.
Suggested solution:
Honor the change in plan dated November 25th.
