My complaint:
1. Room number 14100
2. Room is Dirty
3. Room is Smelly
4. Carpet smells
5. Someone left his/her socks, housekeeping failed to remove it
6. I asked for a Showermat they said it will arrive in 45 minutes
7. I mentioned all these to the supervisor Trux and she did not do anything she just picked up the dirty socks
8. Checked in Nov 20
9. We paid for Upgrade and its yucky!
Suggested solution:
Manager to call me,
Refund my resorts fee, and upgrade fee.
