My complaint:
Fingerhut negligently delivered a package my order to the incorrect address not the address associated with my account being 100% aware of the issue they refuse to refund my money requesting a police report in the case where they requested a report for a problem they fully are aware of inconveniencing me due to their negligence is postposterpus
Suggested solution:
Issue my refund regardless of report or not they fumbled the ball delivering my package to a address other than the one on my account so I shouldn't be inconvenient due to their mess up.i am over this company and will be closing My account.
