My complaint:

As I walked up to register 7 at 12:10 pm. saturday 22523 in the Merrick road copiague store the girl there told me she was closed so when I moved I’ve to the next register she immediately took a customer. I said to her I thought you were closed she just turned her back on me and ignored me like I wasn’t there. I continued to make my purchase then asked for a manager. They told me the manager wasn’t there so they pointed me in the direction of the next person in charge . It turns out she was standing there watching the whole thing and did nothing . When I made my complaint to her after her seeing everything she stood there and did nothing. We’re making a purchase and not being treated with respect. Very poor.

Suggested solution:

Retrain the cash register people to treat people with the respect they deserve. And teach managers or acting persons to resolve the problem before it gets this far and to have to go through this to make a complaint
