Filipino House Supermarket complaint: Not refunding the money for paying excess amount.

My complaint:

Me and my wife were shifting home to Fujairah from Abu Dhabi and that we decided to buy some Filipino stuff for it might be difficult to buy there (July 01, 2021). As my wife is done with the groceries she’s at the counter paying. To her surprise the supermarket is too full of customers and no limit being implemented for COVID-19 precautions so she paid as quickly as possible, she tap the debit card to the cashier machine and it says that transaction was declined and so she paid again tapping it to the machine and it was successful.
To me receiving the transaction messages it was deducted twice and I re immediately to the supermarket and it was seen to their sales talli that it came twice but the receipt says declined at the first one.
So the supermarket promised and assured us that as soon as the money is receive to their account tbey send it to me immediately and so I ask for uldate the next day messaging to them in the chat my emirates id and bank details for they again have reassured us that they send and the next day after that nothing cam and the next after that and the next.
Upto now July 13, 2021. The paid amount also available in our bank statement.

Suggested solution:

We just need the money to be refunded, it\'s a small amount but it is hard earned. Considering being unemployed for a year, a lot of use it is supposed to be.
