My complaint:

I have ordered a jacket from fila.de website and first received the ation order mail. It said as soon as payment went through I will be getting a shipment ation, but even though I paid immediately the mail never came. I wrote to their service mail a couple of times and only in about 10 days did they write back saying DHL wasn’t able to find my address a couple of days ago and the shipment is being returned. The address I provided for both shipping and billing is the right one and I have been ordering products online for years now and something like this has never happened, so it is either their or DHL’s mistake. I have been waiting for my refund for days now and still I have not received it. For some people, paying more than 100 euros for a jacket is not a small amount of money, and I never received my product and now I have to wait again because they are incapable and not dilligent.

Suggested solution:

I will be satisfied when I receive my money back and at least an apology for the inconvinience.
