My complaint:
In 2017 opened a investment Account funded by rent check from my tenant . They put a 3 day hold on the funds no problem . A week later recieived my debit card acitivated it . Was denied for a newspaper called the investment they sad it was 10 day hold . 3 week later trying use the card denied. Christmas. Of 2017 they said I opened up multiple accounts and they decided to exercise the right to close my account , they kept saying they were returning my money but never would finally in November 2018 they said they needed a written letter gold medallion signature from old tenant . The check never bounced the tenant had moved owed for damages etc etc I had no way of reaching this person learned in 2021 he died of cancer the money was still in my account and I kept calling and checking the account in 2022 they locked me out of the account saying I abandoned the account and remaining money not true at all. I want my 671.00 returned without this hassle
