My complaint:
Pot holes around entire, (PARK ). DANGEROUS FOR JOGGERS, BIKE RIDERS AND CARS THAT HAVE TO DRIVE ON BOTH SIDES OF ROAD TO GET AROUND THESE POT HOLES. The Park COMMISSION which knows about this is doing absolutely nothing to solve this problem. Money cannot be an issue, both The Phillies and the Eagles use the Park for (Paid parking during games).
Suggested solution:
It is not considered rocket science for a solution. SOME CITY OR STATE DEPARTMENT IS NOT DOING THERE JOB.
