Complaint: Will not refund my money nor the correct amount

My complaint:

On 02 12 2021 I deposited $970 on my account for a promotion they were having if you deposit you get up to $25 dollars. I played about $70 of my $970 and decided to withdraw my remaining balance. The next day it said that my request could not be processed. So I play another $20 thinking that was the problem and tried to withdraw my $880. The next day same thing happens. At this point I reach out to live support that tells me they would have to refund it back to my bank card and that it will be $879.80 even though it was $880 it was ok we me. I was told someone would be in touch via email. I never heard from anyone so I reached back out to them again and was told that the would send it over so that it could be refunded?? This was the second time after the first person told me they had done it already. So today I reach out again because I still haven’t heard ANYTHING and was told that now my refund will be $854.80?? I believe this company is completely robbing ppl
