TRIED TO GET MY MONEY BACK BY WITHDRAWL AND GETTING THE RUN AROUND. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE 5 TIMES. KEEP RECIEVING EMAILS THAT THE MATTER IS CLOSED. FILE A NEW TICKET.
