My complaint:

My account has been frozen for week. I gave not been able to do anything. I had free money I earned that I was not able to use. I have talked to at least 10 people who won’t help me. I asked to talk to a manager, and they won’t let me talk to anyone. They say they will have someone reach out to me., and they don’t, then I get a survey asking if they fixed my problem. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!

Suggested solution:

Fix my account!!! Refresh it, or let me sign up for another one
