My complaint:
For starters, I believe FanDuel is very fraudulent. They need to be investigated. I believe they enter their own lineups. The reason for my complaint today is I placed a three dollar wager and tried to cancel my wager. The cancel button did not work. I also try to edit my wager by clearing my players. Well that did not work, at 7 PM my original lineup was answered automatically even though I wanted to cancel and I even try to clear my lineup. I have contacted fan to chat support several times. They claim that they have already given me a courtesy credit. The courtesy credit that they are referring to was two years ago for ONE DOLLAR!!! Obviously they are a tight company and do not care about the consumer. They gave me plenty of hassle of a measly three dollars. This is probably a $1 billion fraudulent company. Also don’t fall for the initial sign-up bonus. They did not honor the initial sign up bonus. I was supposed to get $100 I believe and all they do is give you something call FDDP for every bet you make. It may be equivalent to a penny per bet. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!!

Give me my three dollars back. It’s not about the three dollars, it’s about the principle. I will not allow them to steal my money
