My complaint:
I pressed cash out for $373 dollars and when I accepted the $373 cash out it immediately transfer $45 to my account. I never pressed a cash out for $45 the system did it on its own and I called and left several messages when it happen I even emailed fanduel and I still haven’t heard anything back yet. They own me more money this $45 . I also heard the same story from others
Suggested solution:
They should give me my $373 that I pressed cash out for not $45. I didn’t take a picture when it happens because If I’m pressing cash out to get my money and it immediately happen how you take a picture at the same time if it happen that fast? Nobody thinks to take a picture while there cashing out because you have to press cash out then the suggestion of accepting it comes up and you have to accept that too etc
