My complaint:

FanDuel had suspended my account for 37 days with a total of 5 responses to 70 emails sent which gave little to no reason why account was locked. Finally got someone who would help from their accounts team. Supervisor was supposed to reach out and email me for weeks but that never happened! The gentleman had my account back up and running on February 7, 2022. I went to withdraw my money from my account. It took 2 days to get approved.

I went to pick up at Golden Nugget Casino in Atlantic City at 11:00 am on 2-9-2022. When I went to cashier the said the withdraw was canceled. Checked my account and it was suspended again. I spoke with 3 support agents that were of no help and didn’t know why account was suspended. I sent 15 emails to accounts team with no response from them on what the problem is. Just sitting here for 12 hours now waiting for a response. I’ve never been treated this poorly in my life!!! They have no care or concern for their customers.
