My complaint:

Been a fanduel customer for multiple years now, spent a lot of money playing fanduel. Account is suspended for nothing I did wrong. I was told from fanduel that they want me to clarify a sharing of information via payment? I never have shared such information with anyone. I am the only person using my fanduel account. Never have I used someone else’s payment information nor have I linked or shared my information via payment. So someone that I do not know somehow got into my fanduel account and did something to my account or someone is reading information wrong. I never use anyone else information or share payment. How can this be my fault if I am accused of something I do not know about or did. I need some advice and help with this to open my account back up. Was not treated fair or right at all by Fanduel customer support. Not even telling me any details of what the issue is other than to clarify. Clarify on something I did not do is not customer service. Please help. Thank you
