My complaint:
I’ve lodge a dispute which was supposed to be resolved in 20days, it is almost 2mnths. I tried contacting but no joy. Emailed also no joy. I really need assistance in clearing my name please so my credit profile can be restored.
Suggested solution:
All am asking is feedback and when I mail them not to forward me the dispute process but rather reply to my enquiry.
