I ordered $35 worth of food 815 we tried the exotic grill it was so over cooked it was like leather if you tried to chew and swallow you would choke. The prawn tails were black and crispy , I was to mad to call right then and was not going to drive 7-8 miles to get a refund. I sent an e-mail to thier contact us on their web site, I gave it a few days and never heard back. so for sevarl days I tried calling at different times and no one ever answered so I sent another email and nothing. So i did the survey for grub hub and nothing! I have never been treated lie this by a resturant. that dish alone was $16.99 all I wanted was my money back for that but now I think I am owed all of the $35 for the neglect since august 16th. this is ridiculous!! If this is not taken care of they really dont want me to go there and voice my opinion and plaster everything on FB Dont tell me I have not been patient with them. And because of this my 2 sons and my daughter will no longer go there, and they are the ones that got me going…And I gave them my order and time of order!
After being neglected since the 16th of August I now feel they owe me my total $35 spent instead of the$16.99 plus tax for the dish that was un edible
