My complaint:
I was out of state in Oregon my bank knew it they were notified and I have been making transactions I found a fifth wheel I wanted to buy for $8,000 my bank would not give me my money I tried bank-to-bank transfers I tried to get a check I tried opening a new bank account I tried everything I could think of they made me come all the way back to my branch and sign a paper to get my money I had to drive in a snow blizzard over the mountains and back on the same day or I would lose my fifth wheel is that legal I offered to be witnessed everything
Suggested solution:
I was inconvenience to go through two states to sign a paper to get my own money my grandbaby was in the hospital and it cost me $200 to do it I think I should be at least refunded $200
