My complaint:
They want me to pay 1,88 ETH for gas fee for a transaction of 26526,36 USDT. I already have to pay 0,88 ETH for validation an account in transfer it to their account. Now they want another 1,88 ETH for gas fee. I feel, that this is very high fee. It is 30 % of value of transaction. Pls let me know if this is legit and valid. Here are some of mails, I have written with them. My wallet in TRUST wallet. I have already made some transactions true it. They are ok.
Now I have asked them to only return me my validation ETH, I do not need 26526,36 USD, but they said – first pay 1,88 ETH for gas fee, then you will get your funds back. Of course I do not beliewe it.

Still since it is not possible to refund exlusively the validation deposit, it can be used as part of the payment of Gas Fees.
This would reduce your total fee from 1.882113 ETH to only 1.001376 ETH .

Firstly, we would like to clarify that it is not possible to pay the transaction fees using USDT. This is because the Ethereum blockchain only accepts ETH as the native currency for transaction fees, swaps, and validations. As a result, the gas fee must be paid in ETH before your transaction can be fully validated. Unfortunately, this means we cannot proceed with your suggestion to use USDT for the fee.
Regarding the refund of your initial payment, you are correct that the amount is fully refundable. However, please note that the validation deposit will be returned alongside your main funds, but only after the necessary gas fees are paid. Once this process is complete, you will receive your refund, which includes your initial 26,526.33 USDT and validation deposit 0.877737558629978432 ETH (Approx. 2,767.71 USD).
That said, we are currently investigating the possibility of refunding only your validation deposit.
To do so, we are in contact with network providers to explore this option.

I do not have extra money for this fee. Return me my ETH for validation so I can use it. And anyhow, I do not see USDT anyway.
