My complaint:
In February I wanted to watch some sports games on TV using ESPN app, I made an account “subscribed” to a monthly subscription, yet I wasn’t able to watch the games, I believe it said I needed to have cable TV which I cancelled in January. Ever since then I have tried to cancel and haven’t been able.
Suggested solution:
Cancel payment withdrawal and refund all payments done.
