My complaint:
During the day of 2-11-22021 around 10:00 AM I logged onto the game to do some scav runs to grind for loot. However my game had difficulty loading in and out of games and kept saying when I move items in my stash that it is misplaced then would reload the screen. This all started after I upgraded the account to the Edge of Darkness from their website.
I was then notified of network failures in my area where I live in which I thought is the problem to me loosing connection to the server to I did an Alt F4 and closed the game to play later. However when I logged in I was banned. Saying I was controlling bots, I was not even able to load in a game.
I have scanned my PC with Malwarebytes in which there was no bugs or viruses, I ran a Cclean to inspect maybe damaged registries there were no issues, my firewall is in place which has threat protection enabled so I dont have any unlisted software on my device.
I informed them I do have VPN on my device used for work due to the covid 19, this vpn is a forticlient vpn which in its self only works when connecting to firewalls which are very much protected.
I examined my event viewer which had no issues except the blue screens I received when running the game on that day.
The other note to take the game just did a yearly wipe and they just released a new update, the game is in beta
I have history of my device functioning dates
I was requested to appeal my ban with battleye in which I have done but had not received any feedback from the company.
Suggested solution:
They should review my gameplay on that day, take my information in consideration, I gave them the option to scan my device as I have nothing to hide.
I should be unbanned from this unlawful ban.
