My complaint:

I had a warranty from endurance and I tried to cancel it. when I got up to $1,000.. the lady said don’t cancel it you only have seven payments left. after the seven months left. it doesn’t matter what’s wrong with your car they half to fix it ..so I kept paying and paying 30 months of payments. And they still keep denying my claim.

Suggested solution:

Give me my $4,000 back or fix my car.i Paid my 30 payments. she said after 30 payments. it does not matter what's wrong with your car ..that it will be fixed .but that was a lie. I ended up paying $4,000. And my car is still at the garage.

5 months ago - I really truly believed in endurance. I was told that they would pay for my car to get fixed after the 30-day payments are fully paid. . I did what they said. But I did try to cancel. I was totally told don't do that because you only have seven payments left and after your seven payments are paid .if you need help with your car. it does not matter what is wrong with your car. we will fix it. Nothing was done. Then they told me that they would make sure my car is back on the road after the garage take the oil pan off. Nothing was ever done. I am so disappointed in all the lies and running around for nothing at all. No more warrantie companys at all now. I have two years left on my warranty. that I have paid for but I have no car and I have no rental car like advertised. I have talked to so many people that work for endurance over my claimssssssssssssss. They lose your paperwork that you struggled to find anyways to get to them. And still nothing is done. It would be simple for them to at least put $3,000 towards my car. so I can have my car back and I will keep my warranty. If they can't even fix my car. then I will not have a warranty ever again. I prefer to have my whole $4,000 back so I can go give it to the garage to fix my car. It would be in their best interest to help others out properly that's money in the bank for our cars. But it goes in their pockets not towards our cars. Very disappointed. I just want my money back. If they are not willing to put $3,000 of it towards my car to get it fixed and I paid the rest . I would keep my watching.I would be good with that. But I'm sure nothing will ever get done as usual. Called endurance fraud.
