My complaint:
We just got hit by the hurricane in our park. We have substantial damage and none of the amentities are available. Electricity and water are spotty. Some people have no homes to live in, etc. I asked the park manager if there is some kind of reprieve for at least the month of October on HOA. His response is, I had to pay my mortgage this month. It is a business and they need to make money no matter what. HOW cruel and uncaring. He pretends to be caring but he is a cold hearted person.
Encore is making millions each year on people who are on fixed incomes and they don’t give a damn if the people are in dire needs right now.
Suggested solution:
I would like Encore to investigate Harold Myers and his way of running a park that is devastated right now and at least give the owners of lots a reprieve on HOA for the month of October and maybe November.
