My complaint:
I have a month to month lease for 6 months. Tahoe Valley Campground just got a new manager that has been harassing me. While everyone was at work he had the roads plowed that blocked in everyone’s RVs and left nowhere to park. Everyone was forced to park on the side of the road. He tried to have my rv and car towed. Then he said I have to shovel my whole spot and am not allowed to have my jeep here now that it stopped working due to a bear getting in there. I am waiting for the insurance claim to process before they tow it. My rent is paid and he still won’t let me park my car here. He does not do this with any of the other tenants that have similar issues and it is nowhere in the paperwork that he keeps referencing.
Suggested solution:
Fire Bennett Ponder who is incompetent and refund me since I have to pay to have my vehicle towed when it is already in my spot out of the way.
