My complaint:
There is no p to get customer service
A company has to at least be available to discuss billing Swe are a democracy
This is bully behaviour
I waited on line over 30 minutes tYou dont have customer servcie so I said I have a gas leak
You put me on hold again woth a 2
My bill has increased 150% since the sdame time last year and that was Covid 19 as well
What s going on Do I have a leak?
Can’t even find out oif your gas lines are leaking
How could my bill jump so high
i am the same household
|I do not have a tenant as my neighbour does
My friends are shocked at my bill
Suggested solution:
reduce my bill
i am a Senior I should be on a welfare recipient for gas
It is on speaker phone now 45 minutes waiting on line???
