My complaint:
It has been almost a year and they haven’t installed it yet. Now they are saying they cannot install the carpet with a chairlift. But they have had $1,900 of mine for a year. My house has been in a mess for at least 212 months. I put all my clothes in my office and can’t get to my papers or clothes. It’s a horrible mess.
Suggested solution:
They need to install my bedroom carpet at least and the hallway. My Handy man said he could do the stairs. If you go on the internet it says any experienced installer could do stairs with a chairlift on it.
