My complaint:

I purchased a brand new Trailblazer from Empire Chevrolet in Dec of 2021. i did the test drive and purchased, Approximately 2.5 months later, the brakes began to unlike any other car i have driven. The brakes were touchy and jerky. I took the car for service and they replaced the pads and sensor, on a new car why would this be necessary? THis however did not fix the problem, i went back 4 more times times and was told that there was nothing wrong.

I had another Chevrolet dealer look at it and they told me that this is what happens with these cars, Trail blazers. I did some research and apparently i am one of many with this problem, The car also has no pickup,,, another complaint from consumers on the web.
today i hadd 4 different people who had no connection to each ther and was warned NOT to drive this car! the brakes are awful and it is dangerous. I know that, every time my dog goes flying, groceries and other items flying off the seat and myself , well i m just lucky i have a steering wheel to stop me from landing in the windshield.

Today i was told by a sales girl at Empire there is nothing wrong with the brakes and i should get a co signer if i want another car…She was rude, they are in denial, talking over me and nt even considering zthat i live with the car a nd know it well.
Something is going to be done.

Suggested solution:

FIRST THEY HAVE TO ADMIT THERE IS A PROBLEM, THEN EITHER FIX THE CAR OR REPLACE WITH ANOTHER.
